Position Summary

Recruitment representative is responsible for communicating our offered products. Reps serve as the point of contact between The University and its prospects and have a range of responsibilities including identifying and educating prospective leads. Qualifications often include strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as a bachelor’s degree in business or related fields.

For full timers, 40 hours per week is needed and 20 for part timers.

 

Responsibilities

  • Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Following communication “scripts” when handling different topics
  • Identifying leads’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions 
  • Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
  • De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied leads, offering patient assistance and support
  • Call leads to inform them about the offered programs
  • Guide callers through troubleshooting and navigating the websites
  • Collaborate with other representatives to improve customer service
  • Help to train new employees and inform them about the institution’s leads management
  • Maintain records of lead interactions, details of inquiries, as well as actions taken.
  • Ability to follow Contact Center’s call quality standards.
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets within schedule
  • Reach out to leads through cold calling

Minimum Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Work schedule: flexible schedule with the ability to work as early as 9 am to 10 pm with short notice.
